NPQ End Of Year Gathering

You don’t need to be a member or even a native plants expert to attend. We will have plenty of knowledgeable people on hand to answer your questions.

Quarterly gatherings, hosted on a rotating basis by various branches, are intended to bring together members from multiple areas to share news, native plant information and social time. We also hold a biennial conference, known as our Yabba, in different parts of the state. The emphasis of this conference is learning about the flora and habitats of the host region.
Each of our 19 local branches generally holds a monthly meeting in addition to other excursions and activities.
The Native Plants Queensland Regional Council is continuing to review all event plans to ensure the welfare and safety of NPQ Members, and to support government and community efforts to respond to Covid-19. We encourage you to follow all medical recommendations and make whatever decisions necessary for your own wellbeing.
2028 ANPSA BIENNIAL CONFERENCE
Every two years the Australian Native Plants Society (Australia) (ANPSA) holds a Conference and Seminar hosted by one of its Member Societies, on a rotating basis. In 2028 it is Queensland’s turn to host this important event. Click below to find out more.
