Plant information and services:

Species: Plants from the wet tropics are propagated in the nurseries, mostly from seeds collected locally.

Pricing: $4 for each plant, with a discount for larger numbers.

Plant information and services:

Species: Most of the plants propagated on-site are suitable for revegetation projects in the Kuranda area. A number of the plants are suitable for residential blocks, especially for attracting butterflies and birds.

Pricing: All plants are a $3 or $5 donation, depending on pot size.

Plant information and services:

Species: Volunteers collect seeds in the district and propagate these at propagation workshops held at the nursery every month. Plants comply with Burdekin Shire Tree Planting Policy and Ergon Energy’s powerline requirements.

Pricing: Plants in tubes $3.50; super tubes $4.50; 120mm pots $6.00; 150mm pots $6.50. Larger pots sizes available.

Other: Propagation workshops held on 1st Saturday of each month, 8am – 11am.
